Description
Hicool sources double-pipe (hairpin) heat exchangers for high-pressure duties, viscous fluids, and applications requiring true counter-current flow. Inner pipe and annulus in carbon steel, 316L stainless steel, or duplex, with finned inner tube options available for enhanced heat transfer. Fabricated to ASME Section VIII Div.1 and TEMA guidelines. Operating pressures to 700 bar on inner pipe. Suitable for lube oil cooling, solvent recovery, and high-pressure gas cooling. Modular design allows capacity expansion by adding hairpin elements. Full thermal calculation, mechanical drawing, and material certificates supplied.
